RETURNS POLICY
Mainland UK/ International Returns from our website (www.vantagesailing.com)
To initiate your return please contact us at vantagesailing@gmail.com or +44(0)7976 760844 so that we are aware of why you are returning an item and so we know to expect it.
Please make sure that your return complies with the following points:
- Must be in original packaging, and packaged/ folded as per purchase.
- Goods must be returned in re-sellable (unused) condition
- For refund or store credit, goods may be return within 30 calendar day of delivery.
Returned goods are inspected on receipt of the item and refunds are carried out within 14 calendar days. If replacement goods are required, they must be re-ordered from our website.
Combo deals:
Given the nature of these orders, please ensure you return all items together for a refund.
Manufacturing Fault:
If you believe a product of ours to be faulty from the time you made the purchase, please make us aware of this within one calendar month or when you first go to use the product. The item must be returned in unused condition.
Prize Scheme/ Event Prizes
Event organisers are responsible for handling any returns of unsuitable prizes won by participants. Vantage Sailing will not accept direct returns from prize winners, as no sales contract exists between Vantage Sailing and the individual.
To help minimise potential returns and administration on your side, we recommend selecting non-sized items or offering gift vouchers as prizes.
All returns are at the customer’s expense.
